The items themselves looked fine, but the shipping cost really caught me off guard at checkout. I actually had to double-check it because it made me wonder if I was missing something. For a small order, the total just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Maybe it makes more sense if you’re buying a bunch at once, but I would’ve felt better if the shipping was clearer earlier on.

The order tracking was frustrating. It sat on the same status for days with no real update, so I kept checking over and over without knowing what was going on. The package did show up eventually, but the whole waiting and guessing part was ridiculous.

I was actually surprised by how soft this material feels. It’s super comfy, and my kid has been wearing it a ton, so I’d say it’s definitely a hit in our house.

The site works fine overall, but it took me a while to find what I was looking for. Some parts feel kind of thrown together, like not much care was put into organizing things properly. It’s usable, just more confusing than it needs to be.

I ordered from overseas and it did show up okay, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking didn’t update for a while, which was little frustrating, but I still got item in the end

"Not the best fit for younger kids"
I really wanted this to be more kid-friendly, but it didn’t quite work for my younger child. The site itself is easy to use, which is nice!! But I found myself checking a lot of things before letting them browse on their own.
It might be okay for older kids if a parent is nearby, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable leaving smaller kids to use it alone. Clearer age labels would make a big difference. I gave it 2 stars because it can still be useful, just not as age-safe as I hoped.

There just wasn’t enough clear info or real customer proof to make me comfortable. Maybe it’s perfectly fine, who knows. But honestly? No, I wouldn’t order from it right now.

I ordered from Pelsbarn, and I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first because I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the comfort actually surprised me. It feels soft, easy to wear, and not stiff or irritating like some others I’ve tried.
I’ve used it a few times now and kept waiting for something annoying to show up, but so far it still feels really nice. No real complaints from me. Happy with it, and I’d probably order again.

My first impression when it arrived was positive, it looked a lot like the photos on pelsbarn.org, and the size and color were basically what I was expecting. The material felt a little different than I had pictured, but not in a bad way, just something I noticed right away. The shipping details were clear enough too, so there weren’t any real surprises. I’d give it 4 stars because I think the product description could include a little more detail, but overall I’m happy with the order.

"Packaging was honestly way better than I expected"
The box showed up looking neat and safe overall. There was just a tiny bend on one corner, and for a second I acted like it was a national emergency, but everything was fine.

I don’t know, the fit just felt off to me. It definitely runs small, which was kind of frustrating, but overall it wasn’t awful or anything. I still have mixed feelings about it
